Police pursuit ends in arrest after man stabbed to death in alleged home invasion in Iluka
A man has been stabbed to death in his own home in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
An armed man allegedly forced his way into the property on Ballanda Cr in Iluka about 4.30pm and attacked the resident inside.

Shortly after, police tried to pull over a man driving a 4WD ute along the Pacific Hwy.
When he refused to stop, a police pursuit began from Iluka to Woodburn and road spikes were successfully deployed.
The ute continued driving to Uralba St in Woodburn, where a 41-year-old man was arrested.
He was taken to Lismore Hospital for assessment before being charged with murder, predatory driving and police pursuit-not stop-drive dangerously.
He was refused bail and will appear in the Parramatta Local Court via audio link on Sunday.
