A short time later, emergency services were called to Gorman Avenue in Kellyville following reports of a car fire. The fire was extinguished; however, the vehicle was already destroyed.
The fire is being treated as suspicious, and police have launched an investigation, in what appears to be another gangland-style shooting.
Police established a crime scene at both locations, and a manhunt is underway for the gunman.
