NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the male rider of the trail bike at the scene for multiple injuries, however, he later died after being transported to Westmead Hospital.

The drivers of the other vehicles involved, a 45-year-old man and a 59-year-old man, were taken to hospital for mandatory testing.

While the rider is yet to be formally identified, it’s believed the man was aged in his late 20s.

Officers from Cumberland Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Police will prepare a report regarding the man’s death for the information of the coroner.
