Victim stabbed in head at Sydney unit arrives at hospital on motorbike

A stabbing victim has been hospitalised with several head wounds on Friday.

The 34-year-old man was allegedly attacked by three men in unit on Beamish St at Campsie, 25-minutes southwest of the Sydney CBD, about 8am.

He was brought to Canterbury Hospital on a motorbike, with a woman known to him, a short time later.

Police were called about hospital at 8.45am, and launched an investigation that involved seizing the motorbike the victim travelled to the hospital on.

At the Campsie unit, detectives allegedly found and seized three machetes.

Three men — aged 43, 44, and 45 — were also arrested on Beamish St.

They were taken to Campsie Police Station and charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

The 44-year-old man was also charged with possess prohibited drug.

All three men were refused bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court on Saturday.
