Young woman fighting for life after high-rise balcony fall at Rose Hill, in Sydney’s west

A woman was found fighting for life in the street after she plummeted from a high-rise apartment block in Rose Hill, in Sydney’s west, on Sunday.

Paramedics treated the woman in her 20s at the scene on James Ruse Dr about 5.30pm, NSW Police said.

The young woman was then taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.

The incident is at this stage is being treated as suspicious, although ongoing investigations are still in their early stages, 7NEWS.com.au understands.

A number of people who were at the unit block at the time have been spoken to by police.
