Gladstone: Roadside search leads to arrest after discovery of handgun, taser and meth in car
Police have intercepted a haul of illiegal weapons and drugs after a man was stopped and searched in his car in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Several weapons and drugs were siezed from the vehicle after a roadside stop at South Gladstone at rround 12.45am.
Police pulled the vehicle over on Oaka Street and a search warrant was executed.

As a result of the vehicle search, police conducted a further search at a Sun Valley Road address at Kin Kora around 8.30am.
It is alleged police located a handgun, gel blaster and parts, a quantity of methamphetamines and utensils at the address.
A 33-year-old Kin Kora man has been charged with two counts of unlawful possession of weapons, and one count each of possessing dangerous drugs, authority required to possess explosives, possessing utensils, and possessing property suspected of having been used in connection with the commission of a drug offence.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear at the Gladstone Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
