Two toddlers have avoided serious injury in a crash that left two women badly hurt near Bundaberg.

The four people were in a car travelling on Goodwood Rd at Goodwood about 1pm on Monday when it rolled.

A woman in her 20s suffered a significant leg injury and a spinal injury.

Another woman, whose age was undetermined, had a serious head injury.

One of the toddler girls had stomach and facial injuries, while the other had minor injuries.

All four were taken to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
