Two people have been injured and one person has been taken into custody after a bloody brawl at a South Australian shopping centre on Friday.

Police say they responded to reports of a fight inside Elizabeth City Centre just after 2pm.

“Police were quickly on scene and immediately apprehended a suspect,” a police statement read.

ABC is reporting the shopping centre has been locked down and two people have been rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

Investigations are continuing.
