Man dies in workplace accident at Bundaleer North, north of Adelaide
A man has died in a workplace accident north of Adelaide.
Emergency services were called to the Springs Road site in Bundaleer North just after 12.30pm on Monday when the 34-year-old man from Arthurton was fatally injured.
It’s understood he had fallen from machinery and died at the scene.
