Man dies after van crashes into eight cars in Shepparton, Victoria

A man has died after a van crashed into eight vehicles in Shepparton, Victoria.

Police say a Toyota Hilux van collided with the vehicles before coming to a stop on Wellsford St about 5pm on Wednesday.

A passenger inside the van, a 58-year-old man, was injured and taken to hospital, however he later died.

Three other people were taken to hospital for observation.

“The investigation into the collision is ongoing,” police said
