Confirming her husband’s passing on June 5 via an X post, Bryttni said her premature announcement was forced by a LinkedIn post that has since been removed.

“Alex passed very suddenly on Tuesday. As you can imagine, I am still very raw from my bereavement and I was not ready to share this pain with the world so soon,” she said in a statement.
“I had a plan to update everyone in a couple of weeks in accordance with Alex’s wishes once my pain felt a bit more dulled.”
Bryttni thanked his community for their support, but pleaded for an opportunity to grieve peacefully.
The Las Vegas-based lawyer said she was “frustrated” her husband’s death was leaked without her consent, and revealed the extent her mourning had been derailed.
“I have had someone try to hack my Twitter account. Someone I do not know wrote this obituary in San Francisco. I am being inundated by messages from everywhere,” she continued.
Following a mid-April post in which Cimo claimed, “I lived, b...,” the gamer regularly updated fans with his progress, and claimed he would continue to will himself into better health.
His final post was made in late May.
“It was two months ago to the date that I was told I only had a few days to live. Two months later, I’m still with you all,” he wrote.
The influencer admitted his illness forced him to make lifestyle changes he should have made years prior, and hoped he’d come out the other side stronger.
Bryttni advised fans she would share a further update in video form to answer their questions, and to share “a last gift from Alex”.
