Brooklyn Beckham has poured more fuel on the flaming feud with his family after taking a fresh swipe at his parents in a sponsored video.

The 27-year-old, who has been embroiled in a highly-publicised dispute with David and Victoria Beckham, stars in the Wold Cup themed campaign for Door Dash which has quickly gone viral.

In the clip, Brooklyn is seen slouched in a grey cough while holding several World Cup tickets as he talks about his plans to watch the FIFA tournament.

“You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home.” he said to the camera while sporting a smirk.

After tossing the tickets onto a coffee table he replies: “It’s a long story.”

Text over the video at the end of clip adds to the veiled swipe with the caption, “it’s complicated. More Soon.”

The seemingly throwaway line immediately got fans’ tongues wagging, with many interpreting it as a reference to his ongoing estrangement from the Beckham family.

In January Brooklyn took to social media to accuse his parents of trying to control the narrative around their family life and interfering with his marriage to Nicola Beckham Peltz.

Escalating tensions between Brooklyn and his parents have continued to boil over ever since the post as the famous family’s falling out dominates headlines.

But according to friends, the sponsored swipe was a step too far.

“To do an advert based on estrangement from family as if it’s a joke when his family is devastated and sister and grandparents inconsolable is shocking,” one friend told the DailyMail.

“Especially from someone who claims he wants peace and privacy.”

The latest drama in the sagacomes after Brooklyn was a no-show as his dad was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

David was instead surrounded by the rest of his immediate family, wife Victoria and children Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

Adding some star power was long time friends of the Beckhams were Tom Cruise, who gave the inductions speech, and Eva Longoria and James Corden.

When asked about the toll media coverage of the estrangement had had on him, David bluntly shut it down, according to The Sun.

“To be honest, I’m sorry to stop you there, but that’s a private matter. That’s the one thing that I don’t want to talk about.”

However, in a separate interview with Variety to mark getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Beckham praised his “four incredible kids”.

“We’ve got businesses that we work hard on. But we always make time for each other, and we always have. I want Victoria to be the best version of herself, and vice versa.

“And as busy as we are, our family always comes first. That’s our priority, and that’s what makes it work when you’ve been together for so long. Our priority will always be our family.”

The Door Dash ad isn’t the first time Brooklyn has been in on the joke, after previously starring in a Booking.com ad. Watch it here.
