Brooklyn Beckham’s ex-girlfriend has made a bombshell claim about the infamous family as their feud continues to shock the world.

After posting a lengthy statement condemning his family, Brooklyn made international headlines for shattering the Beckham’s smiley façade following years of rumoured tension.

Now, one of his well-known ex-girlfriends Tallia Storm has revealed that she is team Brooklyn, and has given insight into the family’s “web” of fame.

Speaking to The Mirror, the singer remembered her time with Brooklyn when the pair were teenagers back in 2014.

“We were just 16. I was the first girl that had ever been spotted with Brooklyn,” she said.

“I think what that boy has gone through over all these years, in that Beckham ‘web’, as I call it, is a lot.”

She herself had some experiences with Victoria that were less than pleasant.

Storm had a gig at Hanover Square and invited Brooklyn to come along.

“Victoria sent a security team during the day to check the venue”, she said.

“I thought it’s not that deep, but er, OK! When we went to the gig that night, Brooklyn came in with my sister as I was sound-checking - and then when we left with his security, there were like 20 paparazzi outside.”

She said the experience was wild and gave her a “fright”. She was also worried that Brooklyn would think she had called the paps.

Storm thinks the whole thing made her out to be focused on attention.

“Every time I’ve seen (Brooklyn), years on, he’s so cool, so lovely, no big deal. But that’s the example of a PR storm that was just so… unnecessary.”

“It’s always made me look like I was some sort of fame-hungry wannabe. It’s like a bit of a sticky web and not something I ever want to engage in.”

It was during this time that she had another encounter with Victoria which made her believe the former Spice Girl was no fan of hers.

Storm had been meant to attend the Global Gift Gala with Brooklyn, hosted by Eva Longoria - but things did not go to plan.

“I was meant to sit next to Brooklyn, we were all super excited - and then he messaged me on the night itself, when I was already inside, saying, ‘my mum won’t let me come, I’m sorry’,” she said.

“And that was that. Obviously, Victoria didn’t like me or whatever.”

When she heard about Brooklyn’s jaw-dropping statement, she was happy that he was standing up for his own interests.

“My first thought was, good for him. People have all heard a million stories over the years, and I just think, God bless Brooklyn for just coming out and sticking up for himself,” she said.

But she alluded to less than sunny times when she called the family a “web”.

“I think he’s just had enough. I am 100 per cent team Brooklyn. I think what that boy has gone through over all these years, in that Beckham ‘web’, as I call it, is a lot. It’s a lot on any person. So, good on him, saying, ‘enough is enough’. This is him taking back his power.”

She also supported Brooklyn’s relationship with Nicola Peltz, calling the pair “soulmates”.

“That boy hasn’t had an easy run. And he’s been heavily scrutinised whatever he does, from photographing elephants to cooking - he can’t catch a break. I take my hat off to him, and I hope he and Nicola feel a bit of weight has been taken off their shoulders, now.”
