Farmer Wants A Wife is returning on Seven

This season’s crop of eligible Farmer Wants A Wife bachelors have been dubbed the “hottest farmers ever” by host Natalie Gruzlewski, with one in particular even getting the seasoned matchmaker flustered.

Seven’s forthcoming reality series will follow five farmers as they search for rural love, with SA’s Jarrad, Dylan, and Zac, and Queensland’s Alex and Jason putting their hearts on the line.

However, it’s charming 28-year-old beef and mushroom farmer Alex from Kin Kin that’s swept the presenter off her feet.

“Sorry, I’m getting a bit distracted talking to you. You sound like the dream man,” she says upon meeting this year’s batch.

Alex is a self-confessed hopeless romantic who believes “life is too short not to make grand gestures”.

His journey on the show is underscored by the perfect first date and an unforgettable kiss, with passion and heartfelt moments marking every turn.

But it’s not all sunshine and roses for the hopeful, with a shocking revelation threatening to derail his storybook romance.

Another farmer set to take love by the reins is Dylan, a six-foot-tall rodeo cowboy from Cherry Gardens in South Australia with a stunning smile.

The 24-year-old thrill seeker and sheep farmer is ready for the adrenaline rush that comes with a rollercoaster romance and is saddling up for his greatest adventure yet.

Since its launch in 2007, the Australian reality series is responsible for at least 11 marriages and 27 children.

Season 16 of Farmer Wants A Wife is coming soon to Seven and 7plus.
