Former NFL pro Matt Kalil sues ex Haley ‘Baylee’ Kalil over viral comments about his penis size

A former pro NFL player is suing his high profile ex over comments she made about his penis size.
Matt Kalil, 36, is taking former wife Haley Kalil, 33, to court for invasion of privacy after she made the shock claim that the size of his genitalia was the primary reason for their split and that intercourse would leave her in tears.
In comments made during an appearance on Twitch streamer Marlon Garcia’s Mar-Athon in November 2025, the social media influencer also known as Haley Baylee described his manhood as “two coke cans, maybe even a third”, sparking headlines around the world.

Baylee, a former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, first began dating Kalil in 2012 and the pair married in 2015.
She filed for divorce in 2022, citing irreconcilable differences.
In legal papers cited by TMZ, Kalil claims that Baylee’s comments about his penis size led to “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public” and that family members had been “forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.”
His new wife had received messages that were “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time”.
Meanwhile, he claims, his ex has benefited financially from a surge in traffic on her social media posts and media coverage after revealing “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and sexual life”.
He has requested a jury trial and damages for an amount exceeding $75,000.
Responding to the lawsuit, Baylee, who has 9.4 million followers on Instagram and 16 million TikTok, told TMZ that she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” her ex had taken legal action.
“Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal,” she said.
She said elsewhere in the Mar-Athon chat she had praised Kalil and even called him the “greatest guy in the world”.
