Jared Leto faces multiple allegations of inappropriate behaviour with underage women

Actor and musician Jared Leto is facing a wave of misconduct allegations from multiple women, including claims of inappropriate behaviour and interactions with individuals who say they were underage at the time.
In a recent Air Mail exposé, several women shared stories of alleged encounters with Leto spanning nearly two decades. Some described interactions that began when they were teenagers, with claims that the singer and actor initiated contact and maintained communication despite knowing their age.
One of the accusers, Los Angeles-based DJ Allie Teilz, alleged that she was assaulted by Leto when she was 17. She recently reshared a 2012 social media post referencing the incident and claimed he was aware of her age.

Model Laura La Rue also came forward, alleging that she met Leto in 2008 at a public event when she was 16. Despite stating her age at the time, she claimed Leto still asked for her number and later invited her to his home. A representative for Leto has denied her claims, stating that their communication was not inappropriate.
“I don’t know if he was on drugs or what … It was the weirdest, grossest voice …. (but) for me, it’s Jared, you know?” the anonymous woman recalled, according to News.com.au.
Leto’s publicist told Air Mail in response that the rocker, now 53, “has not had a drink or used drugs in over 35 years”, and has denied all allegations made in the report,
Additional accounts included reports of late-night conversations and interactions described as “flirtatious” or crossing boundaries, as well as claims that young women were invited to parties with unbalanced gender ratios.
Sources alleged that these events created environments that felt uncomfortable or pressuring to some guests.
A fourth woman said she met the Dallas Buyers Club actor at an 18-plus club, where his assistant allegedly approached her and requested her number.
She was 20 at the time. The woman claimed they later spent time together privately, but described his behaviour as unusual and made her feel uncomfortable.
A fifth woman alleged that she and Leto began communicating via text when she was still underage. She said the tone of their interactions changed after she turned 18, and she later felt uneasy about the dynamic.
