Rumer Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has hit back at critics on Instagram after posting a video of herself breastfeeding her three-year-old daughter.

The 37-year-old actor posted a video taken while she was breastfeeding her three-year-old daughter Louetta with the caption “when someone starts judging my parenting”.

The video was stitched with a TikTok video that showed a woman in front of a white board, delivering a “lecture” portraying the difference between “your business” and “my business”.

She posted the video with the words “Sorry not sorry”.

It’s not the first time Willis has spoken about her breastfeeding on social media, with a post back in September 2025 showing her wearing various outfits and captioned “What I wore this week as a breastfeeding mam of a 2 year old”.

In early January, Willis shared a video of herself breastfeeding with the caption “Happy New Year to everyone, except anyone uncomfortable with breastfeeding. May 2026 educate you.”

The most recent post prompted a mixed response from her followers, with some claiming her toddler was too old to breastfeed.

“Way to old to breastfeed 😮that’s not right,” said one follower.

Another said, “In all seriousness with her being 3 at what point do u stop? Why not pump and have her drink from a cup? That’s a normal milestone. When she eats meals at a table does she not drink from a cup or does she eat solid foods then take a sip from the breast like it’s a water fountain? I understand the whole bonding aspect and how healthy breast milk is etc I just don’t understand why she has to be on the actual breast at that age.”

Other followers applauded Willis for her parenting, with one calling her an “incredible mother” while another recounted their own story of breastfeeding their daughter until she was four-years-old.

“She’s now 15 and I look back on this time with such happiness,” the follower said.

Bu the most popular comments on the post were reserved for those critical of Willis putting her “private moment” with her daughter on social media.

“By posting your private moments with your daughter, you are making it everyone’s business,” one follower said.

“I have never understood why women feel the need to breast feed on social media. Some things should be special and private not between you and billions,” another said.
