Former Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr has copped backlash after revealing the “super healthy” dietary habits she maintains well after her career as a full-time supermodel.

The Aussie, 43, shares three children with Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel and spends much of her time managing her business affairs as the CEO of KORA Organics — a skincare company she founded in 2009.

Appearing on the Let’s Be Honest podcast with host Kristin Cavallari, Kerr detailed the largely unrelatable diet she has adopted into her daily life.

“I don’t do eggs,” she began, before reeling off her meat-heavy breakfast menu.

“I do protein, so I eat meats like venison, bison, lamb — I eat all the meats that aren’t mass produced.”

“So you’re not doing sushi?” Cavallari asked.

“Oh never, parasites,” Kerr explained, before conceding she does eat “caviar.”

The mother said there are “no parasites” in caviar, and that it’s a source of “good fat”.

However, when pushed to reveal where she gets her source of carbohydrates, she was not too forthcoming.

“Personally, no dairy, no wheat,” she said, shutting down “sourdough” as an alternative.

Kerr was also quick to dismiss rice as an energy source.

“I really eat a lot of squash, and carrots, and parsnips. I don’t eat kale,” the Aussie continued.

She also claimed not to eat spinach.

“You really, you are super healthy,” Cavallari declared.

Unfortunately for Kerr, her idea of “healthy” was a tough to pill to swallow for many in the Instagram comments section, where the clip had been shared.

“Gosh how boring would that be,” former MAFS contestant Domenica Calarco said.

“Eggs and spinach are great for us! This feels restrictive🙃,” one gluten-free user added.

Another person claimed Kerr’s choices would fit the average person’s dietary requirements.

They claimed: “I actually wouldn’t call this ‘super healthy’, this is extremely restrictive. For her, it works and probably feels good to her- which is great. But for most of the ‘non-model population”’ this would be extremely restrictive and not a ‘healthy lifestyl’ to try and emulate. And PS- no kale or spinach? WTH is that?”

Others listeners teased that they’d been eating foods with very little nutritional value while playing the clip.

“Eating nachos while watching this,” one said.

“Enjoying a pizza 🍕 right now 🤣,” another said.

Kerr stepped back from a full-time modelling career in 2013 to focus on motherhood, and her skin care company.

She shares her eldest son Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, and Hart, Myles, and Peirre with current husband and billionaire Spiegel whom she married in 2017.
