Oh là là! Emily in Paris season four reveals first-look pictures, teases more romantic entanglements
She can’t speak French but she can totter around Paris’s cobblestoned streets in stilettos. She seems terrible at her job but the show insists she’s a social media genius.
If there’s one thing Emily in Paris definitely is, it’s divisive.
Equally loved and loathed, Netflix’s frothy make-believe comedy will return for its fourth season but in what is increasingly the case with the streamer’s shows, it will be split into two parts.

The Lily Collins series has revealed a carousel of first-look images today, hinting at the dramas and adventures of Emily’s next chapter.
Not surprisingly, she’s still torn between her feelings for Gabriel, the ex-boyfriend of her friend Camille (although he was not an ex when Emily and Gabriel first hooked up, tsk tsk), and now Gabriel is having a baby with Camille. Complicated!
And then there’s Alfie, an opposite man to Gabriel in vibe but such a snazzy dresser. He’s a nice guy and, let’s be honest, she gaslights him when she denies her feelings for Gabriel.
Emily is the literal worst.
But the show is tres populaire, and something of a hate-watch. At the very least, the costumes are spectacular.
There are also great characters such as Sylvie, Emily’s boss who is a queen, her friend Mindy, who is slated to compete in Eurovision this season, and her colleagues Luc and Julian.
There’s also the promise of more European travel porn in season four with trips to the French Alps and to Rome. C’est au revoir, mademoiselle. E adesso ciao ciao, bella!
Created by Darren Star (Sex and the City, Melrose Place), Emily in Paris also stars Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Lucien Laviscount, Lucas Bravo, Camille Razat, Samuel Arnold and Bruno Gouery.
