Singer-songwriter Amy Shark and her husband and manager Shane Billings have sold their Tweed Heads home for $2.25 million.
Originally from Queensland, the couple purchased the house in 2023 for $2.1 million with the intention of using it as a holiday home after relocating to Sydney.
The sale comes after Shark announced to her 247k followers on Instagram that she was “Heading away to write an album.”

Located in Casuarina, the property was only on the market for 45 days before it secured a buyer.
The sale was managed by agents Brian Dangerfield and Nick Witheriff from LJ Hooker Kingscliff.
Built in 2017, the four-bedroom property is ideally located only 200m from Casuarina Beach.
The listing referred to the home as a “bespoke beachside pad” that offered both space and privacy.

Shark and Billings met in 2007 while they were both working for the NRL’s Gold Coast Titans - Shark as a video producer and Billings as a financial manager - and married in 2013.
The eight-time ARIA award-winner has recently completed filming for Stan original film Beast in Me alongside Russell Crowe, Luke Hemsworth and Daniel MacPherson.
She has also just finished filming the latest season of Australian Idol in which she judges with shock jock Kyle Sandilands and singer Marcia Hines.
