Jennifer Hawkins is selling off a multimillion-dollar English-style manor on the Central Coast, four years after securing the nine-acre property.

In 2021, the former Miss Universe winner and her husband, Jake Wall, paid $6 million for the seven-bathroom, four-bathroom mansion, which overlooks Avoca Lake, in Terrigal.

It sold off-market as one of the suburb's biggest-ever transactions.

The deal was overseen by McGrath Terrigal's Mat Steinweide, who is marketing the Scenic Highway property for sale a second time around alongside Whitney Wilson.

A price guide is available by request.

The listing describes the property as a private estate home exuding "timeless elegance and charm" on "rare lagoon front acreage."

"Surrounded by lush gardens, this sprawling original manor is a picturesque blend of natural surrounds and prime beachside location," according to the listing.

"Offering stunning views towards Avoca Beach, this east-facing, sunlit home is perfect for a growing family, all while being a short drive from the local beach and shops."

Born and raised in Newcastle, Hawkins reportedly bought the property to be closer to family.

Although the property would have been ideal for J Group Projects, the couple's property development company, to construct a luxury new build on the site, no development applications or plans were submitted.

Photos of the listing reveal the house is empty, suggesting the property has remained unused since the couple bought it.

Set across two expansive levels, the house features a timber fireplace, high ceilings, French doors and a gourmet kitchen with an oversized island bench and a butler's pantry.

There are multiple formal and casual living areas, including an atrium-style dining room with wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows taking in the lagoon view.

There are seven bedrooms, including a palatial master suite with an ensuite and private balcony.

Jen and Jake's savvy property moves

Hawkins and Wall are no strangers to buying and selling.

Their biggest project is a tri-level mansion on a 3,073-square-metre block at Whale Beach in Sydney, which was reportedly sold to a mystery buyer for around $30 million.

Rocca Bella, developed by J Group Projects, has been in the works for five years.

In 2020, Hawkins and Hall, a carpenter by trade, paid $6.95 million for the property, which was once owned by the legendary opera singer Dame Joan Sutherland.

The demolition of the original 1950s home was completed in 2021 to make way for the construction of Rocca Bella.

Plans reveal the three-storey house will include an internal lift connecting the three floors.

There are five bedrooms, multiple living areas, a large open-plan kitchen, a living and dining space with a wine room and garaging for five cars.

The master wing features the main bedroom, complete with a private balcony, an oversized en-suite, and a spacious walk-in robe.

Other features include a gym, a bowling alley, a home theatre, an infinity-edge swimming pool, a half-court basketball area, and a sauna.

A prominent feature of the build is a trademark use of sandstone, which is featured on the exterior walls of the building, and the built-in fire pit lounge that cantilevers over the clifftop.
