Aiken took to Instagram to share the news of the listing with a photo of the house captioned: 'It's been a great ride. Onto the next chapter #greatmemories #newbeginnings #movingon'.
Built circa 1880 for one of Willoughby's pioneering families, Tyneside comprises five bedrooms and two bathrooms across two levels.

"From the moment you arrive, Tyneside commands attention as one of Willoughby's most distinguished Victorian estates," the listing reads.
"Circa 1880 and wrapped in timeless sandstone, this grand residence has been meticulously reimagined to honour its heritage while delivering a calibre of modern luxury rarely found."

Inside, the home features period details including high ceilings, four fireplaces and full-width balconies across two levels at the front and rear of the house, with filigree detailing and heritage-style porch tiles.
The elegant renovation includes a luxurious marble kitchen on the ground floor with a statement brass range hood, a farmhouse sink, a coffee station and a 900mm freestanding oven.

The kitchen connects to the dining room and living room, which includes a built-in bar, two fireplaces, imported chandeliers and ceiling roses.
There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom with a sandstone feature wall and the laundry.

French doors in the kitchen and dining areas open out to the balcony and backyard which is designed as the ultimate entertainer's space with a travertine tiled outdoor living and dining area, a barbecue kitchen and a deck.
Established landscaped tropical gardens surround the in-ground swimming pool, spa and cabana.
