The Manly Sea Eagles have experienced a disappointing 2025 campaign, but off the field, superstar fullback Tom Trbojevic has made some key moves.

Trbojevic, among the NRL's highest-paid players, recently shelled out $4.3 million for a home at Collaroy Plateau, a few suburbs away from Mona Vale, where he was born.

The four-bedroom Northern Beaches home sits on 695 square metres, and according to Cotality records was sold after 16 days on the market.

Last year, the 28-year-old proposed to his partner Kristi Wilkinson, with their wedding scheduled for December.

The property's marketing states the home is "situated in one of Collaroy Plateau's most desirable and tightly-held pockets and showcasing district and ocean views from Narrabeen Beach and beyond".

"This exclusive residence has been thoughtfully designed over two levels offering multiple living zones, expansive alfresco entertaining with brand new barbecue and Gozney pizza oven, a resort-style heated pool, landscaped gardens and level lawn."

Trbojevic won the Dally M Medal for Player Of The Year in 2021, and has also represented NSW and Australia throughout his career.

'Tommy Turbo' has also been a strong performer in the world of property.

The fullback's first property purchase was a two-bedroom unit in Manly Vale, bought for $895,000 in 2016.

His next addition to the property portfolio was another two-bedroom apartment, also in Manly Vale, that he bought for $1 million in 2017.

Cotality records indicate Trbojevic still owns both properties, which are rented out for $830 and $920 a week, respectively.

His siblings, former NSW captain and workhorse Manly forward Jake, and Manly up-and-coming back rower/centre Ben, have also been getting in on the act in the property world.

Jake, the eldest of the three Trbojevics, kicked off his property portfolio in 2014, paying $680,000 for a two-bedroom Narrabeen apartment.

The modern open-plan first-floor apartment with lift access was listed for rent at $780 a week in 2024, according to Cotality.

In 2020, he paid $1.555 million for a two-bedroom apartment in the same suburb within The Bathers complex.

Jake also bought a one-bedroom apartment in Brookvale for $590,000 in 2016.

Jake and Tom both snapped up houses in the same Warriewood development, which they bought as house and land packages for $964,000 each in 2018.

They were both last listed for rent in 2019 at $1300 per week. However, Cotality records show Tom sold his four-bedroom home for $2.556 million in June this year.

In 2024, Ben bought his first property, spending $1.175 million on a two-bedroom apartment at Narrabeen.

It was listed for rent at $750 a week.

Meanwhile, Tom, Jake and their parents are locked in a NSW Supreme Court battle with a Melbourne-based property developer over off-the-plan purchases in the Mimosa project at Warriewood.

The case in the civil court has its hearing scheduled for next March.
