That future of real estate search has arrived.

VMG is the parent company of view.com.au.
"We are excited by the evolution of AI, and with six years' experience through our business, Propic, VMG is leading the AI race in property," Catalano said.
"Propic is already internationally regarded as a leader in AI, and we will continue to invest in our AI solutions as part of our commitment to innovation and delivering market-leading solutions for real estate customers across the country."
A digital concierge for your property
At the centre of this new frontier is Property Haven (Claim My Property) - the world's first AI-powered personalised home hub.
The tool allows homeowners to claim and track their property, accessing tailored insights about market performance, potential value, and opportunities to sell or lease.
Accessible 24/7 through an agency-branded portal available through top Australian brands such as Highland, Place, and McGrath, Property Haven will act as a digital concierge for your home, offering real-time conversations, appraisals and updates at any hour of the day.
For buyers and sellers alike, that means no more waiting for agents to respond to an enquiry, the system's AI assistant, CLAIRE, is always on, ready to answer questions and connect users to the right services instantly.

AI set to power the next generation of property search
Catalano also confirmed that new AI-driven features available currently through agency partner portals, will soon launch on view.com.au, enabling property seekers to interact with listings and recommendations, available around the clock.
"We know AI is transforming life as we know it, and as innovators in this space, we're excited to announce today some powerful new AI features on Propic's CLAIRE platform and will soon be announcing new AI features on view.com.au, which will help buyers find homes that truly match their needs and lifestyle, not just those featured in high-cost depth products," Catalano said.
"Our competitors can't match this approach, tied as they are to their revenue model. It's set to revolutionise property search, watch this space!"
Bridging cultures and time zones
Founded in 2019 by Jeffery Gray, Propic has quickly grown into a global leader in AI and data solutions for real estate.
Propic's flagship assistant, CLAIRE, now supports voice conversations in 58 languages, including Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish and Indonesian, automatically translating responses back to English for agents.
"We predicted 2025 would be the year voice went mainstream," said Propic CEO, Jeffery Gray.
"With consumers used to interacting with assistants like Alexa and Siri, it was time they could simply talk to a property 24/7.
"And in a multicultural market like Australia, expecting everyone to communicate in English just isn't good enough anymore. We've built CLAIRE to speak every buyer's language - literally."
A $13 billion real estate revolution
Propic's AI technology has already supported over $13 billion in property transactions in the past year alone, with CLAIRE now assisting in more than $2 billion in transactions each month and that number is growing rapidly.
With these new capabilities, VMG's vision is clear: to make the property market more accessible, personalised and responsive, one AI conversation at a time.
As Catalano puts it, "The future is AI, and that future is now."
