But he was not quite so smooth on the red carpet.

Curnow’s Charlie?

Speaking of Dockers
Andrew Brayshaw arrives while his partner Lizzie Stock looks fantastic in red.
The Dockers’ vice captain praised first-year sensation Murphy Reid, tipping the teenager to take out the Rising Star award.
Reid, who was drafted by the Dockers with pick 17, is the runaway favourite ahead of Adelaide’s Dan Curtin and Brisbane’s Levi Ashcroft.
“We’ve very lucky to have Murphy,” Brayshaw told Seven’s Blue Carpet Confessionals, live and free on 7plus ahead of the Brownlow Medal.
“(He was) overlocked by a couple of teams before we were able to get to him but he’s had an amazing year and he’s going to be a very good player for us.”
Brayshaw added his tip for the top honour of the night was Collingwood superstar Nick Daicos, while Gold Coast’s Matt Rowell was his ‘smokey’.

The J-Lo! Or one of them
Fremantle coach Justin Longmuir is in the building!

Class the rage
Many of the partners have gone for simple classy looks this year.
