Josh Giddey tied his NBA career-high mark with 31 points - including making a barely-believable shot while on his backside in Oklahoma City’s loss to Houston.
After falling to the floor but still in possession of the ball, Giddey knocked down a shot from the edge of the paint while seated during a tense fourth quarter.
But it wasn’t enough to prevent the Rockets from winning their 10th straight game in a 132-126 overtime result, led by Jalen Green’s 37-point haul.

Oklahoma City’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander sat out with a bruised right thigh. He is the league’s No. 3 scorer, averaging 30.4 points.
Oklahoma City’s Williams made a contested 3-pointer with 4.7 seconds remaining to tie the score at 112. Jalen Green’s layup at the buzzer rolled away, forcing overtime. Brooks hit two 3-pointers early in the extra period to put the Rockets in control.
