The Boy in the Blue Cap: The Gerard Ross Story — Part Five: The Evidence (Rated PG)

CCTV footage from the Gull service station in Rockingham indicates that Gerard Ross was abducted from Kent Street before reaching the service station 800m away.

Detectives investigating the 11-year-old’s abduction and murder obtained footage from the Gull which clearly showed Gerard’s brother Malcolm rollerblading across Kent Street and down Flinders Lane, but that Gerard never went past.

This means that the schoolboy was snatched from Kent St before reaching the service station unless he had unexpectedly decided to take a different route to the comic shop.
