Bill Gates Epstein scandal: Melinda Gates says ex-husband must answer to documents
Melinda French Gates has called on ex-husband Bill Gates to ‘answer questions’ after their names surfaced in newly released Epstein files.

Melinda French Gates has urged her former husband Bill Gates to “answer questions” after both were referenced in newly released documents connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
The documents are part of the three million files made public by the US Department of Justice last week and include draft emails alleging the Microsoft co-founder had sought Epstein’s help obtaining antibiotics for Ms French Gates after allegedly contracting a sexually transmitted disease from “Russian girls.”
Speaking on NPR’s Wild Card podcast, Ms French Gates, who separated from Mr Gates in 2021, said she was deeply upset by the emails and felt compelled to speak up on behalf of Epstein’s victims.

“It’s beyond heartbreaking. I remember being those ages those girls were, I remember my daughters being those ages.
“For me, it’s personally hard whenever those details come up, right? Because it brings back memories of some very, very painful times in my marriage,” she continued, adding that she has moved on and is now in a “really unexpected beautiful place in my life.”
“So whatever questions remain there of what, I don’t (and) can’t even begin to know all of it, those questions are for those people and even my ex-husband. They need to answer those questions, not me.”
“I am so happy to be away from all the muck that was there.”
When asked how she felt reading the latest media coverage, Ms French Gates said she felt “unbelievable sadness.”
“I’m able to take my own sadness and look at those young girls and say, ‘My God, how did they… How did that happen to those girls, right?’” she said.
“At least for me, I’ve been able to move on in life, and I hope there’s some justice for those now women.”
One of the newly released emails, written by Epstein to himself on July 18, 2013, with “Bill” in the subject line, claimed Mr Gates had asked for antibiotics to “surreptitiously give” to his then-wife.
“To add insult to the injury you then subsequently with tears in your eyes, implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda, and the description of your penis,” the email read.
Another draft email, apparently written from the perspective of Boris Nikolic, who was a top adviser to the Gates’ at the time, alleged he was drawn into “morally inappropriate” and “ethically unsound” conduct.
“In my role as his right hand man I have been asked and wrongly acquiesced into participating in things that have ranged from the morally inappropriate, to the ethically unsound and have been repeatedly asked to do thing (sic) that get near and potentially over the line into the illegal,” the email read.
“From helping Bill to get drugs, in order to deal with consequences of sex with russian girls, to facilitating his illicit trusts, with married women, to being asked to provide adderall fro (sic) bridge touramnts (sic), as I am a medial doctor, but have no presriptions (sic) writing ability.”
A spokesperson for Mr Gates has denied all claims made in the emails, calling them “absolutely absurd and completely false.”
“The only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein’s frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame,” the spokesperson told People.
