Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo: Surgeon suspended after teen dies from ‘secret’ boob job, BBL and liposuction

It has emerged that the 14-year-old girl who tragically died after a secret breast augmentation also underwent liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift, according to reports.
Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo passed away in the hospital a week after the procedures. Early reports suggested her complications were linked to a respiratory illness.
Her father, Carlos Arellano, insists he had no idea the operations had taken place, blaming the breast enlargement and calling for an urgent investigation.

The grieving father said, “Her death certificate falsely stated ‘illness’ as the cause of death in an attempt to cover up the truth.”
During the funeral, Mr Arellano said he realised for the first time that his daughter had undergone cosmetic surgery.
A medical examination later confirmed breast implants and surgical scars.
Shocked and devastated, Mr Arellano filed a complaint demanding answers.

Reports now allege the teen secretly endured three high-risk surgeries — breast enlargement, liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift.
Such procedures are considered dangerous even for adults.
The doctor at the centre of the case is a registered member of the Mexican Council of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Following Mr Arellano’s complaint, prosecutors ordered an autopsy on the teenager’s body to determine the true cause of death.
The initial examination revealed cerebral edema, swelling of the brain, and lung damage.
The full pathological report is expected in the next two to three weeks.
The Durango Prosecutor’s Office confirmed the surgeon is now under investigation for alleged malpractice.
He has reportedly been suspended from practice as police continue their probe into the girl’s death.
Mr Arellano said: “They gave (the death certificate) to us right away. I don’t know how they did it so quickly.
“I demand that all those responsible be investigated.”
However, this is not an isolated incident. In June, Ana Bárbara Buhr Buldrini also died following plastic surgery overseas.
The 31-year-old singer had travelled from Mozambique to Turkey with her husband, Elgar Miles, for breast augmentation, liposuction and a nose job. She went into cardiac arrest shortly after the operations at Istanbul’s Tusa Hospital.
Mr Miles, who married Ms Bárbara Buhr Buldrini just a month earlier, said it was her dream to “improve her aesthetic standards.”
Reports claim the procedures were allegedly offered in exchange for promotion of the hospital, with the couple even partying with the surgeon the night before surgery.
He shared how Ms Bárbara Buhr Buldrini was unexpectedly taken in two days after her consultation.
“Due to scheduling issues, the surgeon decided to bring it forward to Sunday,” he said.
“We went to the clinic on Sunday just to see the place, but the doctor wanted to perform the procedure without Ana being prepared.”
Despite the late-night outing, Ms Bárbara Buhr Buldrini was persuaded to go ahead.
“The doctor assured me that there were no problems and that everything would be fine,” Mr Miles said.
She was out of the operating room by 11pm but soon her condition deteriorated.
“They told me to go to the room, the assistants were acting strangely. I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive her,” he said.
“I went down to the ground floor and a doctor said that her heart was beating slowly, another said that she was already dead.”
