Robert Irwin has been announced as the host of this year's Logie Awards following his win on Dancing with the Stars in the US.

Years after their relationship ended, Princess Kate and a former boyfriend found themselves reunited at a high-profile wedding.

The Princess of Wales attended the wedding of Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling alongside Prince William, where one of the guests happened to be a man from Princess Kate’s pre-royal life.

Rupert Finch, who once dated the Princess during their university days, was spotted among the distinguished guests at the small church in Cirencester.

While there was no sign of awkwardness, the reunion was enough to set royal watches buzzing, with many noting the unusual overlap between Princess Kate’s past and present worlds.

The Mirror revealed that long before she became the future Queen, Princess Kate enjoyed a number of relationships before ultimately finding lasting love with Prince William.

Now, years after joining the royal family, one of those former flames has resurfaced at the same celebration.

The wedding itself attracted a glittering guest list packed with society figures, royal connections and familiar faces, making it the perfect setting for an unexpected reunion.

Among those attending was fashion designer Natasha Ruffini, founder of Beulah London, a label frequently worn by Princess Kate.

Ms Ruffini has previously spoken about the Princess’s support of the brand.

“It’s always lovely to see the Duchess in Beulah. She’s a wonderful ambassador for British brands and that is more important than ever at the moment.”

For the wedding, Ms Ruffini wore one of her own designs, a blue patterned maxi dress that royal fans may have recognised from Princess Kate’s wardrobe. The future Queen famously wore the same style to a polo match in 2023.

But while fashion enthusiasts were busy spotting familiar outfits, it was the presence of Princess Kate’s former boyfriend that generated the most intrigue.
