It is not the first incident of its kind involving a tourist boat in the region when the Sea Story sank in November, along with 11 dead or missing and 35 survivors.

According to Sindbad Submarines, tourists are taken to travel 25m deep in the sea to explore “500 metres of coral reef and its marine inhabitants”.
