Popular Bondi Beach café goes up in flames
A popular café situated near world-famous Bondi Beach has gone up in flames in mysterious circumstances.
About 4.10am on Sunday, emergency services were called to the Lewis’ Continental Kitchen on Curlewis St, Bondi, following reports of a fire.
The business, located on the ground floor of a building, was “well alight” upon arrival of crews, police said.

It is being deemed by police as “suspicious”.
Residents were evacuated from the building.
No injuries were reported.
A crime scene was established.
An investigation has been launched.
