Three injured during early morning 'altercation' in CBD

Two men have been arrested after an assault in the Sydney CBD which left three people injured.
Emergency services were called to a hotel on Pitt Street just after 4am on Tuesday in response to a welfare concern report.
NSW Police officers found a woman and two men, all in their 20s, with minor injuries.

Paramedics treated all three before they were taken to hospital for further treatment.
The two men were arrested and put under police guard at St Vincent’s and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and have called for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them.
