Triple-barrelled ‘slam guns’ seized as NSW police unearth new homemade weapons allegedly for sale

Heavily armed police officers have taken two men into custody after unearthing a range of homemade weapons known as “slam guns” that have allegedly been sold illegally in southern NSW.
Detectives charged the men after investigations led to their arrest for manufacturing and supplying the weapons, which have been nicknamed “slam guns”.
Images supplied by NSW Police show the do-it-yourself triple weapons, which are reportedly capable of firing 12-gauge shotgun shells, consisting of metal pipes held together with duct tape.
