Village Circuit, Gregory Hills: Pedestrian killed in fatal hit-and-run crash

67-year-old man dies after being hit by car in Gregory Hills.

A 67-year-old man has died after being struck by a car in Sydney’s South West overnight on Thursday.

Emergency services were called to Village Circuit, Gregory Hills, about 10.15pm on Thursday after reports of a pedestrian crash.

Police from Camden Police Area Command arrived to find the man critically injured. Paramedics treated him at the scene before he was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he later died.

The vehicle that hit him allegedly failed to stop.

A crime scene has been established and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
