A man has died two weeks after he was involved in a serious motorbike crash in Toowoomba.

The 56-year-old was riding a motorbike on West Street in Harristown, when he and a Mitsubishi Pajero collided about 3.55pm on June 18.

He was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, where he died from his injuries on Tuesday night.

The driver of the Pajero, a woman in her 20s, was taken to Toowoomba Hospital for assessment after the crash.

Queensland Police have asked anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who may have dash cam footage, to contact police.
