An urgent search has been launched for a missing seven-month-old baby, with police appealing for public help to find him.

The baby boy was last seen at a Warwick Road home in Ipswich, Queensland at 12pm on November 26.

Police are concerned for the infant’s welfare given his young age and believe he could be travelling with a 26-year-old woman known to him.

The woman is Caucasian in appearance, approximately 160cm tall, with brown hair and a slim build.

It is believed they may be travelling between the Ipswich, Brisbane and Logan areas.

Anyone with information that could assist in locating the infant, is urged to contact police.
