The driver of a blue Holden Commodore then performed a burnout to generate pink smoke, leaving a 210m skid mark on the road in the process.

Police tracked down the car at a nearby property, where it was inspected and deemed defective.

The group declined to answer questions from police, but three individuals were identified and reported for their involvement in the incident — a 20-year-old man from Blakeview, a 20-year-old man from Ingle Farm, and a 38-year-old woman from Glynde.

The 22-year-old male driver later voluntarily came forward and was reported for misuse of a motor vehicle.

The four will appear in court at a later date.
