Tasmania bestiality case: Firefighter, 37, charged with possession of material on storage device
It’s understood the firefighter was charged after police allegedly found the material on a storage device.

A Tasmanian firefighter has been charged with possession of bestiality material.
Tasmanian Police released a statement indicating the 37-year-old man was charged yesterday after bestiality material was allegedly found on a storage device.
The man has been charged with one count of Possess Bestiality Product and will appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on 19 October 2026.
