Homicide detectives investigating after death in Derrimut.

A death of a man at a park in Melbourne’s west is being investigated as a homicide.

Victoria Police said the man was found injured at a park on Lennon Parkway in Derrimut at 4.20am on Saturday.

Emergency services performed CPR, but the man died at the scene.

Police said homicide detectives will attend the scene to investigate the specific circumstances of the incident.

“Anyone who witnessed the incident, has CCTV, dashcam footage or any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000,” a police spokesperson said.
