Grim find in sunken car off Hamilton-Port Fairy Rd at Macarthur in Victoria
Search and rescue divers made the discovery.
A man’s body has been found inside a sunken car in a Victorian dam.
The unidentified man was the only occupant of the car is believed to have crashed into the embankment of a creek on Hamilton-Port Fairy Rd at Macarthur about 6.30pm on Thursday.
“Officers believe the vehicle rolled into a dam and submerged in the water,” Victoria Police said.
