A brawl erupted in the stands moments after Western Sydney mixed-martial artist Tai Tuivasa lost his bout at UFC 305 on Sunday.

Police officers and security rushed into the nosebleeds section at 11.10am at RAC Arena in Perth, WA when two men — both aged 26 — began to fight in front of fans.

Officers escorted both of the men out of the arena as crowds of people turned their attention to the chaos.

A spokeswoman for WA Police said both of the men received move-on notices after the incident.

It is unknown if they suffered any serious injuries.

Doors opened at 5.30am on Sunday morning for the UFC event — with alcohol available to the sold-out crowd of 14,152 fans as soon as they entered.

Tuivasa lost via decision to Jairzinho Rozenstruik after a hard-fought three rounds.

The main card fight between Israel Adesanya and Dricus Du Plessis saw the former lose via rear-naked choke — meaning Du Plessis retains his middleweight championship.

Aussie Steve Erceg lost via TKO to New Zealander Kai Kara-France in the first round.
