JoJo Siwa has finally confirmed her romance with Chris Hughes after weeks of speculation.

The 22-year-old dedicated a song to her Big Brother co-star during a live performance in London on Tuesday (local time).

During a cover performance of Kim Carnes’ Bette Davis Eyes, the singer changed the lyrics to “Chris Hughes’ Eyes”.

After cheers and screams from her excited fans, she revealed to the crowd, “If it’s not obvious, that ending lyric is very much true.”

The Sun reported that Hughes was not there to witness the loved-up homage, but the Karma singer made it clear the Love Island star was all she was thinking about as she wore his signature orange beanie on stage.

She told the crowd: “This morning I woke up and all I heard was (sings Nobody Can Change me) he was singing, so I figured today I’d bring a little bit of him while I sing this next song.”

As the show came to a close, Siwa broke down in tears and asked her fans if she could get “deep” with them for a couple of minutes.

“Since I was nine, I’ve gone through phases of my life where, at times, I have been one of the most hated people in the world,” she said.

“I’m not asking for sympathy, it’s OK, but I’ve been hanging onto things that are out of my control.

“It was really really bad when I was 14. But, right now, personally and professionally I feel incredibly loved.

“And it just, nights like this, I don’t cry that often, nights like this it just it really hit me, and I can be up here an sing my songs and commit to the bit, but I just want you to know inside my heart is smiling.

“And I feel like, I just feel so grateful because in my life right now, in rooms like this and at home I feel so loved and I feel so special.”

After the performance, it’s believed that Siwa headed back to Hughes’ house after fans saw this photo he shared on Snapchat.

The rumour mill went into overdrive when the pair shared photos from Siwa’s birthday getaway to Mexico.
