Conor Stone: AFL player’s girlfriend Paris Tier insists rental prenup will include ‘no farting’ policy

The partner of AFL player Conor Stone has made boyfriends across Australia nervous after admitting the pair have entered a “rental prenup” that includes a blanket ban on farting.
No, she’s not joking.
Paris Tier runs a “WAG Podcast” and regularly shares details about her life as the girlfriend of a professional athlete.

“Conor and I are moving in together, and while you guys might be thinking I’m dating Conor for money, I’m putting together a rental prenup,” she said.
Prenup — an abbreviation of “prenuptial agreement” — is a legally binding document typically entered into by two people set for marriage or co-habitation to protect each party’s assets.
However, Tier revealed her arrangement with Stone is also based around flatulence and not just finances.
“If you’re living together for two months and your boyfriend starts farting, that’s going to de-romanticise the relationship a lot which is something I don’t really want to happen,” Ms Tier said.
“So I would write in the prenup, ‘I don’t want you to fart in front of me’.”
People think I’m kidding, but this is a huge no no for me!!
And she was only too keen to double down in the comments.
“The farting one is so real! My ex did this so much when we lived together it was a huge turn off,” one person said.
To which she replied, “People think I’m kidding, but this is a huge no no for me!!”
“While Conor may fart in front of me, it gives me the ‘ick’ when it’s 24/7.”
Ms Tier said it was important to set boundaries to plan for when they enter the “roommate stage” in a few months.
Other followers supported the influencer’s decision to set boundaries, suggesting money wasn’t the only reason to draw the line.
“Thank you for speaking up about this. Doesn’t matter if your partner has a cent to his name, the only certainty in life is death and taxes. Protect yourself above the rest,” another added.
Ms Tier suggested bills should be commensurate with income, adding Stone “eats the same amount as three people combined”, so he should expect to contribute more in that regard.

Drafted to GWS in 2020 and having played just 20 games, the 23-year-old defender would expect to earn below the AFL average salary of roughly $400,000.
“Obviously Conor makes a little bit more money than me, so Conor will pay for more things,” she said.
Tier acknowledged that “every relationship is different” so a prenup might not work for everyone.
