Justin Bieber’s frail appearance at a hockey game in Toronto has sent shockwaves through fans and sparked growing concern that the ongoing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sex trafficking trial is taking a serious toll on the pop star.

The 31-year-old singer, who was once closely connected to Combs, stepped out on Sunday night with wife Hailey Bieber to cheer on the Toronto Maple Leafs, but all eyes were on Justin’s sunken features, gaunt frame, and unsettling smile.

Photos from the game show Bieber in a bright mismatched outfit, grinning stiffly as he leaned on Hailey for support.

Fans immediately flooded social media with concern, calling his appearance “disturbing” and comparing his wide-eyed stare to Jared Leto’s Joker.

“He looks seriously unwell,” one user commented.

“Is he okay?” another replied.

The outing comes just days after Bieber finally addressed long-standing speculation that he may have been abused by Combs during his teenage years.

In a statement issued through a spokesperson, Bieber denied being one of Combs’ victims, but sources close to the singer say the emotional fallout has been devastating.

“Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it, so he has shut off,” one insider told Daily Mail.

“He hasn’t been responding on this since the home raids. He’s not going to.”

Bieber’s team insists the singer was never abused, but acknowledges that he regrets working with Combs on the mogul’s 2023 album The Love Album: Off the Grid.

The pair’s past interactions have come under renewed scrutiny, particularly a resurfaced video showing a 15-year-old Bieber spending “48 hours” with Combs, footage fans have called “creepy” and “disturbing.”

The ‘Diddy’ trial, now underway in New York, has already featured harrowing testimony from ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who alleged years of abuse, sex trafficking, and psychological torment.

Sources say Bieber has been “emotionally overwhelmed” by the case and is trying to keep a low profile while processing the gravity of what’s unfolding.

His stiff demeanour and hollow-eyed smile at Sunday’s game have only amplified speculation that the stress is catching up with him.

Meanwhile, wife Hailey appeared composed, standing by Bieber’s side as they sat rinkside and shared a few affectionate moments. But at one point, she looked forward awkwardly as Justin banged on the glass to get the players’ attention—another moment fans dissected online.

Bieber, who has long battled anxiety and health issues, including Lyme disease and partial facial paralysis from Ramsay Hunt syndrome, has yet to post publicly about his emotional state.

But after months of silence, the physical signs may be saying more than words ever could.
