Inside Olympic swim champs Emma McKeon and Ariarne Titmus’ luxury homes
Swimmer Emma McKeon has had a mixed experience in the pool at the Paris Olympics so far.
But she and her partner, fellow swimmer Cody Simpson, are winners in the property game.
Simpson, a former singer-turner-competitive swimmer who failed to secure a spot in the Olympic Games Paris 2024 team, began dating in 2022.

McKeon, 30, and Simpson, 27, paid $1.826 million for the 505-square metre property in April 2023.
Set across two levels, the newly built home comprises five bedrooms, including the master with a large walk-in robe and ensuite.
According to Amir Mian Prestige’s listing, the property boasted “no expense-spared finishes” and “epitomises laid-back, modern luxury”.
“The heart of this home, a seamless flow connects this sun-soaked social hub to the outdoors, with the covered alfresco area ready for entertaining guests or watching kids enjoy the backyard and sparkling pool”.
It has three bathrooms with full-height Travertine-look handmade tiles, brushed brass ABI tapware and vanities with LED sensor lighting underneath.
There are multiple living areas, with the lower level comprising an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining zone.
A second living area and study nook are upstairs.
Other features include a high-voided ceiling and a floating staircase with glass balustrading in the entry foyer.
The designer kitchen has stone benchtops, a curved island bench and bespoke cabinetry, with Bosch appliances and ambient LED strip lighting.
There’s also a butler’s pantry with a dishwasher.
The open-plan living area leads to a covered alfresco entertainment area overlooking the swimming pool.
CoreLogic shows the median sale price of a house in Labrador is $1.76 million.
McKeon is not the only Aussie Olympian snapping up property in Queensland.
Ariane Titmus, 23, laid out $1.65 million to secure her first home purchase in 2002 after snapping up a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in Brisbane.
The property includes access to a spectacular rooftop space with panoramic views of the city skyline.
It also has a swimming pool, which no doubt sweetened the deal for Titmus.
The family home of Australian Olympic swimmer Ariarne Titmus is up for sale, and it also comes complete with a swimming pool.
The Chelmer property in Brisbane is home to Ariarne’s parents Steve, Robyn and younger sister Mia, while the Olympic gold-medallist moved out last December.
The property is listed through Ann-Karyn Fraser of Place New Farm.
