US President Donald Trump has offered to release his recent MRI results, claiming they were “perfect”, but has admitted he doesn’t actually know which part of his body was scanned.

Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One while returning to Washington from Florida on Sunday, Mr Trump said: “If you want to have it released, I’ll release it.”

The October scan at Walter Reed National Military Medical Centre came during a routine physical, with the White House confirming “advanced imaging” showed him in “exceptional physical health.”

He said he had “no idea” what part of his body he got the MRI.

Mr Trump dismissed questions on the scan’s purpose, stating: “It was just an MRI.”

Pressed further, he added: “What part of the body? It wasn’t the brain because I took a cognitive test and I aced it.”

He then took a jab at a female reporter: “Which you would be incapable of doing.”

Press secretary Karoline Leavitt has not specified the scanned area.

Health concerns have intensified in recent months. Mr Trump received a diagnosis of chronic venous insufficiency, a common condition among older adults, in July 2025.

Visible bruising on his hands has also prompted public questions about his wellbeing.

Now 79, Trump is the oldest person ever inaugurated as US President, surpassing Joe Biden.

Speculation about his fitness persists, following Biden’s 2024 withdrawal amid health-related issues.
