Port Adelaide are fighting to keep their season alive, while Ken Hinkley may be fighting for his future, but have already suffered a blow with Charlie Dixon ruled out ahead of their clash with the hot Hawks.

Rumours are swirling Hinkley could be moved on should the Power go out in straight sets after their thrashing at the hands of Geelong last weekend.

They welcome the most dangerous team in the competition with Hawthorn continuing a dream run having lost their first five games of the season.

Follow all the action live.

Fair to say the fans aren’t happy

HALF TIME PORT ADELAIDE 5.6 (36) HAWTHORN 4.3 (27)

A four goal to three seccond quarter for the Hawks curtosy of some dubious dangerous tackle calls. The Rioli goal keeps the Power in front however but the game has defineitly opened up.

Jai Newcombe is leading allcomers with 17 disposals while Rozee has 11 and a goal.

Riloi gets one on the buzzer

It looks like Hawks will get the last chance but Lachie Jones forces the turnover and with nine seconds left sends Port Adelaide forward. Georgiades juggles it and it spills out but Riloi is there to kick it out of the air as the siren sounds.

Ginnivan’s on the board

The game has opened up now, perhaps as the players are scared to tackle after those calls.

It’s a choas ball inside 50 and Ginnivan ends up with it in the pocket and he snaps off a step to make it a three-point game.

Port get one back

The Power needed that just to break the run and get the crowd back on side. Darcy Byrne-Jones with the smart finish on the run from the wing.

Another dangerous tackle

This one by Jase Burgoyne. This one is even less of a dangerous tackle than the one on Chol and the fans and commentators are livid. Moore’s head barely touches the ground.

Two in a row

Lachie Jones takes down Marbior Chol but he’s called for a dangerous tackle. Not sure what else he was meant to do there and the Port fans don’t like it. Chol converts and the margin is cut to 10.

Hawks on the board

Calsher Dear has a goal with the first touch of the footy. Port were going to intercept but Aliir Aliir gives away a lazy free kick for a hold to allow the Hawks to get on the board. Poor from the defender.

Hawks getting smashed

Port are plus 16 in contested possessions. They have 20 inside 50s to 9 and winning the clearance battle 17-9. The only thing not going their way is the efficency inside 50 kicking 3.6 from their entries.

Rioli misses

The Power fire out of the middle again and Willie Rioli takes the mark this time. But his kick is poor as it sneaks through for a behind.
