AFL: Fremantle have roared home late to overcome St Kilda and right their names into the record books.

The Dockers, who have adopted the name Walyalup for Sir Doug Nicholls Round, won a club record 10th straight game thanks to another standout performance from Murphy Reid as well as four goals to Jye Amiss.

Euro-Yroke (St Kilda) had the lead early in the final quarter before the Dockers kicked six straight goals to end the contest.

Relive all the action!

Amiss has four

Shai Bolton could have been caught about three times but somehow just keeps the ball alive and Jye Amiss is out the back and snaps his fourth.

The Dockers have recored 14-3 inside 50s this quarter.

That could just about do it!

53,707 in the house which is the biggest ever crowd between these sides.

And every single one of them are on their feeet as Dudley snaps from the outside of a contest to kick his second and give the Dockers a 19-point lead.

Murphy Reid lights up Optus!

As casual as you like after taking the mark outside 50 he just rolls on his right foot and after a couple steps lets fly and it sails through.

Fremantle now lead by 12 and the Freo chants are drowning out Optus.

Treacy gets the Dockers back

The Dockers force repeat entries as Luke Jackson blocks off the kick down the line and handballs to Switkowski who centres to Treacy who takes it on his knees.

It’s his 10th mark for the night and he gets his second goal.

Dougal Howard out of the game but Saints hit the front

Saints are down a man with Howard out with a calf.

But the Saints get it foward and Jack Sinclair combines with Darcy Wilson who produces a great finish to get the Saints back in front!

Saints take in under a goal

They win the centre clearance and Liam O’Connell snaps but it curls inside the post to make it five points.

End of Q3 WAL 10.5 (65) EUR 9.5 (59)

Walyalup take a crucial six-point lead into the final term but boy St Kilda let a few chances go begging.

The Dockers have been well below their best around the contest with their leading possession getters defenders and Josh Treacy who has worked hard to take strong grabs.

Saints are plus seven in clearances with Max Hall tearing it up with 21 touches and eight clearances.

Luke Jackson is starting to edge the hit-outs but the key will be if the Saints have enough composure to make their chances count.

At the moment the Dokcers look like they’re in about fourth gear but it’s enough at the moment.

Henry hits back

A rare bit of end-to-end movement from the Saints as Max Hall takes a strong mark back with the flight and handballs straight away to keep his side moving.

They have the overlap and Liam Henry gets his second runing into the goal square.

Saints burning their chances

They’re 10 points down but they’ve probably had the better of the last five minutes.

But their composure inside 50 has been poor, whether it’s dropping simple marks, overusing the handball or just missing their kicks.

They have to be cleaner if they’re going to get back in this.

Dudley with an unusual finish

It’s a speculative snap but there’s a whistle for a free kick.

So the St Kilda defenders stop and the ball bounces at right angle to go through untouched and the umpire pays advantage.

Tough call but Dudley doesn’t mind as the lead goes to 10 points.
