(Wicket) The change of ends!
Australia put Zampa on from the broadcast end and swapped Morris to the Langer stand end.
And it worked first ball!
Abdullah drove the ball straight back to Morris who punched the caught and bowled chance nicely.

Dropped again!
Adam Zampa has dropped a sitter at fine leg.
It was hit straight to him and went square into the middle of his hands.
But the ball busted out.
He did the same thing in Adelaide and this has been a nightmare for Australia.

Wild Thing!
Australia have turned to Lance Morris but the situation is desperate.
They will need the wild thing to snag a quick five-fer to be any sniff.
He looks fast to start clocking 141.8km/h second ball.

Restless crowd
The Perth fans are turning.
One just shouted into the ether “we f****** suck!”
The evidence of the contrary is light today.

Free hit goes big
Abbott over stepped and then went with a bouncer for the free hit.
Abdullah freed the arms and hooked high.
Johnson tried to save it from going over but dropped the non-catch onto the boundary bollards for a maximum.

Dropped
The Aussies finally got a chance but it was tough.
Saim flashed at one and got a thick edge towards third man.
Morris sprinted in, diving to try and take it at ankle height but he couldn’t wrap his hands around it.

Maximum!
Abbott dug in a short ball and Abdullah answered with a swivel hook.
It was top-edgish but it flew over the rope.

Grind
Stoinis and Johnson have produced 11 dot balls in a row.
Johnson is beating the bat while Pakistan are being watchful of the all-rounder.
I would think Morris is not far away though.
PAK 0-22 after 6.5
Pace up
Spencer Johnson his hitting his straps.
He’s bowled two 139km/h deliveries that were literally a tick under the 140-mark.
It forced Abdullah into a quick single that was a coat of varnish away from being a runout as Stoinis moved brilliantly at mid-off.

Pakistan 0-7 after 2 overs
It’s an enterprising start from Johnson, who forces a couple of shaky moments for Saim Ayub with his pace.
A surprise to open from the other end is Marcus Stoinis, who gets clipped to fine leg off the final ball of his over to mark the first boundary of the innings.
